About this role:

Wealth Management Data Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Lead Technology Business Systems Consultant with strong business acumen to assist with various data platform initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expert level of SQL skills and proven experience with the Brokerage business model, including BetaNXT processing. You will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze, identify gaps and propose technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency. This senior lead will design, optimize and guide complex SQL queries, stored procedures and database solutions to support business needs with a goal of modernization of technology.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead complex and unique initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross functional businesses and technology teams

  • Act as an advisory to senior leadership, with strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives

  • Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter knowledge proficiency for technology initiatives

  • Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives

  • Make decisions regularly for highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of domain and technology applications, and which influence companywide technology solutions

  • Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for highly complex business problems

  • Provide guidance and mentorship to individuals at all levels and provide advice to senior leadership on highly complex and strategic issues

  • Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 7+ years of strong SQL experience including querying performance tuning, data analysis

  • 7+ years of experience with Brokerage business models to include BetaNXT processing

  • Business Acumen experience including deep understanding of financial services, brokerage operations, and trading systems

Desired Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in technology consulting, business systems analysis, or financial services technology

  • In-depth knowledge of BetaNXT back-office processing and brokerage operations

  • Strong financial brokerage acumen, with an understanding of trade lifecycles, settlements, and regulatory reporting

  • Advanced SQL skills with experience in data analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting

  • Proven ability to triage complex issues and drive resolution across multiple teams

  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, regulated environment with multiple priorities

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in brokerage and financial services

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

  • Ability to work additional hours as needed

  • Position offers a hybrid work schedule
