There are 2 positions that are pretty similar:

Marketing and Data Cloud Architect

1) Strong Technical Architecture skills in Marketing and Data Cloud and someone who considers themselves an expert with both tools - Marketing Cloud being a

little more important, but both are key

2) Someone who is able to work closely with Executive, users, and developers to get done what is required. Communication being key for this role, and someone who knows how to read a room and with with all different types of people.

3) Any Healthcare knowledge would be very helpful, but not required.

Data Cloud Program Architect.

1) This role requires someone who is an expert within Data Cloud as this will be their main responsibility. They will be over all Data Cloud for all teams at Ascension.

2) Strong communication skills as they will be working with Executives & they will have more that 1 workstream under them.

3) He sees this person have a background in Salesforce Core (Sales Services, and Marketing Cloud)

Description

Ascension is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with a strong focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (and CDP/Data Cloud). In this

role, you will be responsible for defining the solution designs for our Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP/Data Cloud in the Clinical Transformation space.

As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will collaborate closely with business and program stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them

into scalable and efficient solutions. Your expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP/Data Cloud will be vital in designing robust, high-performing, and scalable solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

Work Environment

The team works 100% remote across the country, but does work very well together and is very collaborative.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

-Define the solution architecture for projects related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP/Data Cloud, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best

practices.

-Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solution designs.

-Provide expertise on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP/Data Cloud capabilities, features, and best practices to drive innovation and optimize solution implementation.

-Design and architect end-to-end solutions that leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP/Data Cloud, considering scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and data flow between Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CDP/Data Cloud, and other systems.

-Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.

-Identify and resolve technical issues, performance bottlenecks, and system integration challenges related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP/Data Cloud.

-Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP/Data Cloud trends, features, and enhancements, and assess their potential impact on the organization\s architecture and solutions.

-Identify, develop, and implement products/solutions that build on our investments in Salesforce.com, adhere to standards and best practices, are consistent with the overall enterprise architecture and improve business productivity, increase efficiency, mitigate risks, resolve issues and optimize

cost savings

-Present and vet solution designs with the Salesforce.com architecture team as well as the enterprise review board

-Ensure end-to-end solution integrity, including integrations with other tools in the system landscape (e.g., legacy systems and 3rd party software)

Interview Information

this will be a 2 step interview process with the Director of Architecture to start and then with other team members for the second round interview.

Business Challenge

You'll be focusing your time on utilizing Salesforce to increase the patient experience through Ascension's clinical transformation. You'll be asked to work with executives to build audiences, nudges, and find better ways to reach patients utilizing SFMC and Data Cloud.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $150000.00 - $185000.00
