Job Overview
Position Schedule: Full-Time
This position has a broad scope of responsibility for supporting much of the department's day to day work, as well as playing a vital role in the decision making process on larger issues within the area. This will require the ability to learn all aspects of the area and use this knowledge to support and implement process improvements.
This position would be responsible for all facets of mail processing procedures. Daily tasks would include but not limited to handling inbound/outbound parcels, shipping claims, branch meter support, branch support, and helping support daily mail operations as needed. Additionally, this individual would work closely with team members on creating SOP's for the area, working on refinements and enhancements to processes and procedures, and help with the logistical coordination of various mail operations projects.

The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:
Hiring Minimum: $40895
Hiring Maximum: $63295

Skills/Requirements
1-2 years of applicable experience, preferably in mail operations
Must be able to lift 50 pounds. Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, stand, and walk throughout much of the day
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Must have strong time management and organization skills with the ability to multi-task and handle a heavy workload in order to be able to fulfill responsibilities of the department
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Strong ability to learn and streamline processes
Ability to apply industry and functional knowledge to enhance systems, processes and controls
Ability to establish controls and efficient workflows, guidelines, policies and procedures
Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
