Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a General Office Clerk in the telecom provider industry, based in St Louis Earnings Tx, Missouri. This role involves a range of general office duties, including managing daily mail, re-stocking office supplies, and handling digital printing tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively load and unload dishwashers, ensuring that dishes are cleaned and stored properly.

• Consistently stock paper towels and other essential items in designated areas.

• Ensure the pantry is stocked and well-maintained.

• Efficiently assist with opening and sorting incoming mail, distributing it to the appropriate departments.

• Responsible for ensuring that all materials, presentation, and documentations sent from clients are printed accurately.

• Answer phone calls professionally and promptly.

• Capable of lifting items weighing between 20-30 pounds as part of office maintenance and stocking tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in digital printing is essential for this role.

• Previous experience in re-stocking offices or similar environments is required.

• Daily handling and distribution of mail will be a regular task.

• Applicants must have strong organizational skills to manage office materials and documents.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to interact with colleagues and external parties effectively.

• Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including understanding of email systems, word processing, and spreadsheets.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced office environment is necessary.

• Applicants must demonstrate a high level of attention to detail in all tasks.

• Experience in a similar role or office environment would be advantageous.

• Candidates should be able to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently when required.
