Woodard Cleaning and Restoration General Foreman in Saint Louis, Missouri
Do you consider yourself as a leader who works to guide others while working alongside them? Are you someone who is detail oriented, organized, and knowledgeable in residential construction?
Our General Foreman are our leaders out in the field who are responsible for keeping the project on time and on budget. They schedule both internal and external workers based on job priority and availability and secure the necessary materials to complete the job. They are there not only to supervise but to also perform production labor tasks alongside those on the jobsite.

What You Will Do:
- Create project schedule and budget
- Select approved subcontractors and suppliers to perform work as needed by the project plan
- Perform production labor tasks on jobsites, including jobsite cleaning, drywall hanging and taping, painting, finish carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Communicate with customers to ensure their confidence and satisfaction in the project
What It Takes:
- 3+ years in residential remodeling
- 1+ years running residential construction projects
- Own tools
- Current, valid Driver's License
- Ability to obtain and maintain Class E Driver's License
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen
