Job Summary:

Provides Building Services support to System and Network entities on the Corporate Square campus to contribute to satisfaction, safety, and financial goals.

Job Responsibilities and Requirements:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Picks up and processes incoming, outgoing, and internal mail for multiple buildings on the campus.

  • Performs housekeeping and building services duties as assigned.

  • Maintains the coffee bar and lunchroom and orders necessary supplies.

  • Coordinates maintenance requests and conference room scheduling. Conducts regular cleanliness and maintenance inspections. Meets with contractors when necessary and appropriate.

  • Provides relief support to the reception/switchboard.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION

  • High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience

  • No experience required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Constant standing and walking.

  • Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.

  • Frequent reaching and gripping.

  • Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.

  • Occasional bending, stooping, climbing, kneeling, squatting, twisting and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.

  • Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.

  • Occasional use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.

  • Occasional use of smell to detect/recognize odors.

  • Rare crawling, sitting and keyboard use/data entry.
