Wells Fargo Annuities Operations & Data Management Specialist in SAINT LOUIS, Missouri

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Annuities Operations & Data Management Specialist in the Agile department as part of Wealth & Investment Management (WIM). Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com (https://www.wellsfargojobs.com/career-areas/) .

In this role, you will:

  • Resolve issues with Annuity Products data

  • Acts as a liaison between the client area and technical teams to resolve issues

  • Work with Carriers to resolve data issues and confirm data trends

  • Analyze data trends to resolve issues that may impact downstream applications

  • Documents requirements and performs testing on changes

  • Capture data and prepare necessary reports for corrections

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience working with Annuity Products

  • 2+ years working with SQL

  • Demonstrated experience in data analytics capabilities working with large data sets in MS Excel

  • Experience building reports in business intelligence tools, such as Power BI or Tableau

  • Demonstrated experience working in data quality and testing partnering with software development teams

  • Proven experience in problem solving, attention to detail, and root cause analysis in a technical environment

  • Strong partnering and interpersonal skills to facilitate and build effective working relationships with business partners

  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently to evaluate and set priorities as work progresses

  • Flexible and willing and able to adjust to changing situations and priorities

  • Ability to communicate in a professional, accurate and clear manner to a variety of internal and external contacts

Job Expectations:
