BAE Systems Tech Project Manager in Saint Inigoes, Maryland

Job Description

The selected candidate will be working out of the SCRIF (Special Communications Rapid - Integration Facility) at Webster Field supporting various Task Orders. Will work closely with sub-contractors compiling monthly reports, resource planning, providing procurement status updates, tracking funding and reporting back to Government Project Engineers. Will evaluate and design systems and procedures to operate more efficiently and effectively. Collects, organizes and interprets data relating to various projects and systems. Maintains configuration control of acquisition products and data. Tracks configuration changes and coordinates and supports development of Engineering Change Proposals. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

This position is located in scenic and historic Southern Maryland in St. Mary's County, near to the Patuxent River Naval Air Station.

There is no monetary relocation assistance budgeted for this position. Applicants must be currently residing in or state willingness to relocate self to St. Mary's County, Maryland or surrounding areas.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

High school diploma and at least 10 years of related work experience OR Associate degree and at least 8 years of related work experience OR Bachelor's degree at least 6 years of related work experience

Knowledgeable in production processes and procedures

Ability to solve problems and work with little to no direct supervision

Proficiency with MS Office

Leadership qualities in order to properly train and guide a newly formed team

Ability and willingness to form, foster, and grow customer relationships with a newly acquired customer base

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $89650 - $152460

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
