Job Title: Aircraft Structures Mechanic (F-35)

• This position is at Air Station Iwakuni, Japan

• $13,500 Relocation Bonus

Job Description

• Perform O-Level Corrosion control on 5th generation Fighter Jets (F-35 Aircraft)

• Conduct Outer Mold Line (OML) inspections, coating system repair, and corrosion control inspections.

• Coordinate maintenance efforts with Maintenance Operation Center (MOC) to ensure timely return of aircraft to mission capable status.

• Plan and coordinate shop workload and dispatch personnel as required.

• Ensure that assigned personnel have access to and use adequate technical data during all phases of aircraft maintenance

Requirements

• Active secret clearance

• Need to produce DD-214, and if possible, training records / VMAT

• Must have 1+ years’ experience on fifth generation fighter Jet (F-22/F-35). FA-18 Superhornets from the Navy can work possibly / will be considered

• Must have structural and corrosion control experience

• Level 1 = 2-3 years’ experience

• Level 2 = 3-5 years’ experience - CDI preferred

• Level 3 = 5+ years + CDI & CDQAR (Collateral Duty Inspector) - Crew Chief - need supervisor experience

Pay & Benefits :

• 37.03-$40.40/Hour With Shift Differential

• 40 Hour Work Week

• $8,500 relocation bonus paid out on first payroll

• $5,000 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment

• If traveling from outside of Japan, your initial travel lodging and flight cost are paid for a solo traveler for hire.

• 14 Days of initial housing is provided

• 5 Paid Floating Holidays

• Able to participate in the company's retirement plan following 90 days of service in accordance with company policy.

• One solo employee annual round trip fare back to the United States following six months of employment. Travel is in accordance with travel policy and arranged through your upline and must be preapproved. Use of accrued PTO is allowable to cover the absence, not to exceed two weeks.
