Our client, a leading player in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the assembly department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Location: Seguin, Schertz, San Antonio Tx

Pay Range: $17.00/hr - $18.89/hr depending on shift

Shifts: DAYS & NIGHTS

• SEGUIN: 10 hr shifts M-TH

• SCHERTZ: 8 hrs shifts M-F

• SAN ANTONIO: 8 hrs shifts M-F

• Overtime: is Mandatory and can extend beyond the shift schedule 10-12 hrs per day 5-7 days a week.

What's the Job?

• Aligning and securing engine components as directed by work instructions.

• Installing gaskets, seals, bearings, hoses, covers, and visual components.

• Ensuring that all parts and materials used in the assembly process are free from quality defects.

• Assisting other departments with problem or improvement ideas related to assembly.

• Following standard operating procedures and maintaining a clean work environment.

What's Needed?

• Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen.

• Good communication skills and the ability to read, write, and count.

• Ability to stand, stoop, squat, bend, and lift up to 50lbs in a 10-hour shift.

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Ability to work Overtime as needed (varies per department).
