Our client, in Saint Francis, WI is seeking a hardworking, motivated individual to join their team as a Quality Inspector. This is a temp-to-hire position within 90 days.

Job Title: Quality Inspector

Location: St. Francis, WI

Pay Range: $18.00 - $20.00

Shift: 1st (6:00 am - 2:00 pm)

What’s the Job?

• Conduct in-process evaluations of blended products to ensure acceptable standards for color, odor, consistency, and moisture prior to final packaging.

• Complete aseptic sampling activities as directed by quality programs.

• Assemble necessary receipt paperwork and samples for transport to the Quality Department.

• Inspect outbound shipments to verify:

• Product integrity

• Pallet integrity

• Item and lot accuracy

• Quantity accuracy

• Condition of outbound trailers

• Review production and receiving documentation to ensure critical information (e.g., metal detector checks, weight checks, lot information) is thoroughly documented and complete.

What’s Needed?

• 1-3 years of experience in quality control, inspection, or a related field.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow quality assurance processes.

• Familiarity with quality standards for product evaluation and documentation practices.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Basic computer skills for documentation, data entry, and record keeping.

• Strong organizational skills to manage production records and ensure thorough documentation.
