Job Description

• Apply an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, and verify system solutions.

• Evaluate customer and operational needs to define and coordinate system performance requirements.

• Integrate technical parameters to ensure compatibility of all physical, functional, and program interfaces.

• Perform various analyses to optimize system architecture, including affordability, safety, reliability, maintainability, testability, human systems integration, and more.

• Develop and manage requirements management processes, tools, risk, issues, opportunity management, and technology readiness assessment processes.

• Resolve cross-functional technical issues to ensure mission success.

REQUIRED

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience, or a Ph.D. in an engineering classification.

• 2-8 years as a Model-Based Systems Engineer (MBSE).

• 2-8 years of experience developing and deriving requirement specifications.

• Experience with weapons systems is highly desired.

• Strong background in system architecture and requirement management.
