Regional Supply Chain Systems Analyst

As part of NA VCO Development Team, the Regional Systems Analyst delivers the tools and support services to drive function strategies through the North America Supply Chain. This position provides functional and process expertise as well as system ownership and administration across our Supply Chain and Customer Service applications to deliver a quality user experience for all Associates, both internal and external to Royal Canin while at the same time delivering increased operational efficiency.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; preferably in management, supply chain, business or relevant field.
  • 5 years of experience in supply chain systems with in-depth expertise in Navision, WMS, TMS and OMS technologies.
  • Experience with managing change resulting from process and technology shifts
  • Experience in leading and implementing new programs and initiatives
  • Excellent communication skills

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Regional Solutions Development and Support for Supply Chain systems
  • Partner with the factories, supply chain and commercial in exploring technology features and feasibilities to deliver seamless operations in our E2E supply chain.
  • Build in-depth knowledge of interdependencies amongst different functional areas and systems, lead cross-functional technology thinking and decision making including taking shared responsibility of cross-functional technology solution decisions, change implementation, and administration activities
  • Lead and assist the translation of process design into functional requirements / user stories to deliver quality solutions ensuring project deliverables are fully met through solid system design
  • Evaluate and manage impacts to other applications and related support services
  • Assess vendor releases and updates including understanding new or changed functionality, evaluate applicability and impacts, and propose changes based on deep knowledge of the implementing system and future direction of the technology and functional area.
  • Assist in the execution of system administration activities such as ensuring strong documentation and communications are in place.
  • Execute strategy to effectively deliver meaningful analytics and reports to measure operational efficiency between solutions
  • Assists in the Mars GDPR compliance activities.
