Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be working in the plant on a variety of machines, addressing new problems daily. Your tasks will range from fixing electrical problems to resolving mechanical issues, ensuring the efficient operation of the plant.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues on various machines.

• Perform maintenance on overhead cranes and turning rollers for pipe repair.

• Troubleshoot PLCs and wire 3-phase motors.

• Work with control voltages up to 480 volts.

• Conduct preventive maintenance and electrical troubleshooting.

• Read and interpret blueprints.

• Maintain and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

• Perform welding tasks as needed.

Essential Skills

• Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience fixing and repairing production machinery.

• Ability to troubleshoot PLCs and wire 3-phase motors.

• Experience working with control voltages up to 480 volts.

• Proficiency in hydraulics and pneumatics.

• Knowledge of AC and DC electrical systems.

• Ability to read and interpret schematics.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $750000.00/yr.
