Adecco is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a position in St. Albans, VT

The Maintenance Supervisor will provide direction and supervision to maintenance employees to ensure effective service delivery in line with company policies, OSHA regulations, and applicable laws. Act as a resource and escalation point for direct reports, coaching and mentoring team members while supporting their performance development.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Prioritize and assign daily jobs and work orders, providing clear direction to maintenance staff.

- Ensure the team understands work practices and safety procedures.

- Assist the Maintenance Manager in completing preventative maintenance tasks on time.

- Support and implement preventative maintenance programs, making adjustments as necessary.

- Serve as the first point of contact for emergency maintenance requests.

- Oversee repairs and maintenance of all plant equipment.

- Maintain records and follow all Good Manufacturing Practices.

- Ability to work independently.

*Qualifications:*

- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

- 2-5 years of maintenance or related experience with demonstrated leadership or supervisory skills.

- Experience leading and following safety policies and procedures.

- Certifications or licenses in electrical, welding, boiler, refrigeration, compressed air, wastewater, or plumbing preferred.

70k-75k per year

*Shift*

2 nd or 3 rd
