Job Description:

Serenity Homecare Solutions is currently seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Homecare Solutions Providers. As a Homecare Solutions Provider, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living, including but not limited to personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
  • Assist clients with mobility needs, transferring, and positioning as required.
  • Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management under the supervision of a registered nurse or healthcare professional.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding if necessary, adhering to any dietary restrictions or preferences.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks such as tidying up living areas, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for the client.
  • Escort clients to appointments, errands, ensuring their safety and well-being during transportation.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in meaningful conversations and recreational activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and address any concerns or changes in the client's condition.
  • Document care provided and observations accurately and promptly in the client's care plan and report any significant changes or incidents to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including maintaining confidentiality of client information and respecting their rights and dignity at all times.

Requirements and Skills

  • Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare preferred but not required
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screening.
  • Committed to health & safety
  • Able to do housework and cooking
  • Well-organized and reliable
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Positive and compassionate attitude with empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others
  • Strong ethics strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that may require bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
  • CPR certified (Will train)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with proof of car insurance
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions effectively
