Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.
- Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently.
- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences.
- Standing for long periods of time.
- Report incidents and safety hazards accurately and promptly to our dispatch center.
- Must be able to write and submit reports as needed.
- Follow site-specific post orders, which may change based on job site requirements.
Requirements:
- Valid Arizona Armed Guard Card.
- Valid government issued ID card.
- Clean background with no criminal record.
- Open availability, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong observational and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the State.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States.
- Must have access to reliable transportation.
- Previous experience in a security role is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of security systems and protocols.
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Security: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver\'s License or State ID Card (Required)
- AZ ARMED GUARD CARD (Required)
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to Relocate:
- Safford, AZ: Relocate before starting work (Required)
