Join our team and make a difference in the lives of adults with developmental delays! As a Day Program Specialist, you\'ll help clients maintain and develop new skills, teach life skills, and support personal and developmental goals.\ \ What Were Looking For:
- High school diploma or higher
- Preferred experience in Education or Nursing
- Fingerprint clearance & Central Registry Background Check
- Clean DMV record
- Certifications in CPR/First Aid, Prevention and Support, Article IX training, Job Coach training
Key Responsibilities:
- Be an active team member in developing service plans and documenting progress
- Complete paperwork accurately and timely
- Develop and implement teaching plans for life skills
- Ensure safety procedures are followed
- Teach essential life skills like social skills, hygiene, teamwork, etc.
- Assist with personal care as needed
