Description

We are in search of a Project Coordinator to join our team in the manufacturing industry, based in New Jersey. The selected candidate will be pivotal in assisting with new product development, liaising with various stakeholders, and monitoring project progress. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of plans aimed at delivering product offerings within set timelines, budgets, and quality parameters

• Handle product extension projects of varying complexity levels

• Maintain effective communication with a diverse range of stakeholders across multiple locations

• Collaborate with Brand Marketing and R& D departments to define project scope and requirements

• Keep leadership informed about project progress and potential risks

• Manage multiple priorities while adhering to strict deadlines

• Use Microsoft Office Suites and Digital Asset Management tools effectively for project coordination and documentation

• Ensure proper management and uploading of project-related documents and artwork.

Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in a Project Coordinator role within the manufacturing industry

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective team collaboration and client interfacing

• Practical experience with DAM - Digital Asset Management, to efficiently manage and track digital assets

• Demonstrated ability in coordination, being able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

• Experience with artwork, possessing a keen eye for design and detail

• Capability to upload and manage documents, understanding the importance of maintaining organized digital records. Innovation starts with people.®
