Now Hiring - Adecco Healthcare is searching for a Director of Outpatient to become part of our client's team in Sacramento, CA - 95841.

This is a direct-hire, full-time, and permanent opportunity.

Job Summary

In this role you will be accountable for leadership and strategic management of the Outpatient Services program. In collaboration with the Medical Director and the clinical staff, this position assesses, develops, implements, and evaluates program philosophy, goals, objectives, and treatment interventions. This position provides the leadership necessary for successful program development and maintenance through appropriate, organized, and program-focused referral development activities.

$140,000- $160,000

Shift

• Monday-Friday

• 8am-5pm

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in social work/mental health/behavioral sciences field preferred.

• Minimum 5 years experience in the psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of 3 years in a lead/managerial capacity.

• LCSW strongly preferred. LMFT, LPCC, or other applicable license may be considered.
