We have a current opening for a Supply Chain Coordinator in our Sacramento, CA office.

Position Description:

The Supply Chain Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the procurement department’s operational efficiency. This position is responsible for managing data related to procurement activities, ensuring quick turnaround on purchase orders, handling receiving and returns, and maintaining accurate delivery schedules. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various teams.

Success in the position is achieved through the following duties & responsibilities:

  • Purchase Order Management:

  • Facilitate the 'Pay Early Project Plan' by ensuring a faster turnaround on receiving, processing, and closing purchase orders.

  • Receiving and Returns:

  • Oversee and coordinate the receiving of goods and materials, as well as the processing of returns, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

  • Reporting:

  • Generate and distribute timely reports regarding backorders to foremen and relevant teams.

  • Maintain and update action trackers to ensure all team members are informed of ongoing and completed tasks.

  • Warehouse & Delivery Coordination:

  • Manage data related to warehouse inbound and outbound activities, ensuring all movements are recorded and reported accurately.

  • Coordinate and update delivery schedules to various sites, ensuring timelines are met and discrepancies are addressed promptly.

  • Data Management:

  • Regularly update project data on Monday.com, ensuring all information is current and accessible to stakeholders.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • College degree in Business/Supply Chain Management preferred

  • Experience working in the construction industry is preferred.

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Proven experience in data management, clerical support, or a related field within a procurement setting.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.

  • Proficiency in using data management software, with a preference for experience with Monday.com.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to multi-task and demonstrate time management in a fast-paced environment.

Salary Range

  • Salary Range: $22.00/hour - $28.00/hour

  • This is a non-exempt position
