We’re seeking an OCM/Training Lead (70% training/30% OCM) to join our CGI team!

This position is located at our Sacramento, CA office with work performed at the client site in Sacramento, CA area. You will be required to be onsite 2-3 days per week.

You will be a contributor to a dynamic and determined team that will be assisting a local Northern California public sector client to successfully transform how they provide services to their citizens.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

How you'll make an impact

• Guide and work with client on adoption of new business processes, the Solution, and technologies

• Create and deliver strategies, plans, and processes to help users maximize the adoption of the new Solution

• Provide documentation and guides for the Solution to ensure that client staff are successfully prepared to use and support the Solution

• As needed, perform train-the-trainer activities for client trainers and support client trainers in conducting additional end-user training

• Assist with the development of policies, standards, and guidelines that direct the selection, development, implementation, and use of the Solution

• Oversee and ensure that the documentation of key information such as system operations is reflected and documented accurately in the appropriate deliverables documentation (formal and informal)

• Develop online training materials and Solution documentation

• Plan, facilitate and administer training activities

• Develop methods to be used for obtaining feedback on training effectiveness

• Identify and proactively suggest options that will provide the highest value to the client

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

What you'll bring

8 years minimum experience as a OCM and/or Training Specialist

• Minimum two (2) years of experience leading OCM/Training on projects involving Large and Complex IT System (Large and Complex is defined as $20 million total project cost, solution with at least 100 internal end users and 100,000 external users, provides a secure data exchange interface with multiple external systems).

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in assessing stakeholder expectations, and designing, facilitating, and delivering stakeholder communication and training.

• Minimum two (2) years of experience providing training, development of training materials, and related functional documentation on projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholder groups.

Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree

Prosci Certification (or similar) - preferred

Desired:

• at least three (3) years of experience on a project involving business process improvement, performing as-is/to-be analysis and developing the activities necessary to execute process change strategies.

• at least three (3) years of experience developing and delivering organizational change readiness surveys and quantitative data to measure progress towards change readiness.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $134,400 - $235,200."
