Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Jira Portfolio Specialist to join an product delivery team leading efforts around comprehensive behavioral health modernization. This project is being led by one of the top technology consulting firms, and the project focuses primarily on engineering and project management services. This individual will be responsible for overseeing Jira and Jira Align efforts broadly across the program groups, helping teams to solve issues and present strategies options, ideas and how its utilized. The ideal candidate will be able to manage all jira data and reporting, as well as evangelize Jira Align as the source of truth for project reporting.

Additional responsibilities include:

Assist in tracking the progress of OKRs within Jira.

Ensure clear linkage of OKRs to project workstreams including the timelines, Workstream features (in Jira Align) and auditability.

Support the development and maintenance of workflows for program products.

Ensure compliance with approval processes and audit requirements through effective communication with the team.

Assist PMs to develop and update roadmaps for active program products within Jira Align and confirm accuracy of information with Workstream leads.

Track milestones and escalate issues as necessary including Key Results Check-Ins.

Assist in generating reports on OKR progress and financial tracking.

Provide data analysis support to the program manager.

Maintain communication with stakeholders to gather feedback.

Ensure stakeholder requirements are documented and addressed.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience in project management/project delivery

Expert level experience in Atlassian tools Jira and Jira Align

Experience with Objectives and Key results framework

Strong organizational and analytical skills. null
