We are offering an exciting opportunity in the Real Estate industry, for an HR Generalist role based in Sacramento, California. This role requires an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in various HR functions.

Responsibilities:

• Administering and communicating benefits to employees effectively, ensuring clarity and understanding

• Maintaining open lines of communication with all levels of the organization

• Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of any changes

• Building and maintaining positive employee relations, addressing any issues promptly and professionally

• Managing FMLA and other leaves of absence, ensuring all paperwork is processed correctly and timelines are met

• Collaborating with Paychex for payroll and other HR related tasks

• Updating and maintaining accurate employee records and documentation

• Assisting in the resolution of any HR-related inquiries or issue

Requirements • Possession of a minimum of 3 years of experience in a HR Generalist role or similar

• Demonstrated proficiency in managing Benefit Functions

• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proven experience ensuring Compliance in all HR practices

• Strong capability in handling Employee Relations effectively

• Familiarity with Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) procedures and protocols
