Job Title: Frontend React Developer

Location: Remote in California

Pay Range: $52.00 per hour

What’s the Job?

Our client is seeking an experienced Frontend React Engineer to design, develop and implement a comprehensive staff portal. The portal will serve as a central hub for employees to access and manage data and trigger various workflows, ensuring streamlined operations and an improved internal and external client experience. The developer will work closely with backend teams to establish a seamless integration with APIs creating a dynamic, scalable, and responsive application. The primary goal of the project is to create a feature rich, user-friendly staff portal.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following modules:

  • User Authentication and Authorization (role-based access control)

  • Data Module

  • Allowing editing functionality for some roles

  • Ability to Trigger Various workflows through Form Submissions

  • Device Management (Role Based Access)

  • Notifications and Alerts

  • Communication Tools (Email and SMS)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a highly responsive and interactive frontend application using React.js

  • Work with backend developers to ensure smooth integration of RESTful APIs

  • Implement dynamic components that respond to API data in real-time

  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement a seamless, user-friendly experience

  • Write reusable, maintainable, and efficient code with an emphasis on performance optimization

  • Debug and resolve any issues or bugs encountered during development and testing

  • Implement responsive design for compatibility across various devices and browsers

Perform code reviews and participate in agile sprint planning Requirements:

  • Proven experience with React.js, Redux, JavaScript, and CSS3

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a remote team environment
