We are seeking a Director of Outpatient Services who will be accountable for leadership and strategic management of the Outpatient Services program. The Outpatient Services program incorporates a range of services to adolescents, adults and seniors, including; physician oversight, medication management, group therapy practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and clinical assistance tailored to help our clients achieve their treatment goals.

Qualifications:

Education : Master's Degree in social work/mental health/behavioral sciences field preferred.

Experience: Minimum five (5) years experience in psychiatric/mental health field, with a minimum of three (3) years in a lead/managerial capacity.

Licensure : LCSW strongly preferred. LMFT, LPCC, or other applicable license may be considered.

Salary:

$140,000-$160,000 based on experience
