The Role

As the Chane Management lead, you will be instrumental in leading and supporting change management efforts for our global HR Transformation projects. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading change management activities for HR Transformation projects and initiatives.

• Serving as the primary liaison between HR leaders, Transformation teams, Communications, and other key stakeholders.

• Tracking project milestones, identifying risks and issues, and reporting status updates.

• Designing enablement plans and presentation materials based on program output.

• Ensuring active and visible sponsorship from leaders.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, with a focus on large-scale, cross-functional transformations.

• Proven experience in developing and deploying change activities globally.

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to execute deliverables within project timelines.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with outstanding presentation development and delivery abilities.

• Ability to influence others at all levels and drive towards a common goal.

• Human-centric approach to designing and executing change management strategies.

• Growth mindset with a willingness to learn and apply knowledge quickly.

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is $93,360 to $177,360 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.

There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:

California: $102,720 to $213,000

Colorado: $93,360 to $177,360

New York City: $112,080 to $213,000

Washington: $102,720 to $195,120

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
