ManpowerGroup Cardlock CSR in Sacramento, California
Our client, a leader in the fuel management industry, is seeking a Cardlock Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team. As a Cardlock CSR, you will be part of the Customer Service department supporting the Cardlock Division. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Cardlock Customer Service Representative
Location: Sacramento, CA
Pay Range: $23.00 per hour
What's the Job?
Serve as the primary contact for customers calling in for assistance.
Read and respond to cardlock emails promptly and accurately.
Input all necessary information for creating and delivering fuel access cards to customers.
Make requested changes to cards as needed and ensure timely printing and mailing of new and replacement cards.
Provide backup support for other cardlock duties when required.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or GED required; a college degree is preferred.
Basic math, reading, and writing skills are essential.
On-the-job training experience is necessary to perform duties effectively.
Ability to maintain regular attendance and adhere to work schedules.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
