Description

Robert Half is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Accounting Clerk with knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), QuickBooks, Sage Software, and advanced Excel to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage both AP and AR functions

• Handle bank reconciliations

• Process invoices and expense reports

• Follow-up and resolve past due accounts and vendor invoices

• Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers, and other records detailing financial transactions

• Perform advanced Excel functions to organize and analyze financial data

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven accounting experience of 2+ years, preferably as an Accounts Receivable Clerk or Accounts Payable Clerk

• Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures

• Competency in MS Office, databases, and accounting software, specifically QuickBooks and Sage

• Advanced knowledge of Excel, including understanding of pivot tables, vLookups, and other advanced functions

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
