Job Title: Material Handler/General Laborer/Warehouse Operator

Job Description

We are now hiring for material handler/general laborers/warehouse operators in Saco, ME. In this role, you will be working inside a large open warehouse, preparing large customer parts for production and shipping. Additionally, you will be cross-trained on various manual machines with opportunities to advance to welding, machine operation, supervisory roles, and more.

Responsibilities

• Prepare large customer parts for production and shipping.

• Work inside a large open warehouse.

• Operate various manual machines after cross-training.

• Lift and move items weighing 50+ lbs.

• Adhere to safety and operational procedures in an industrial environment.

Essential Skills

• General labor or mechanical aptitude.

• Strong work ethic and punctuality.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

• Comfortable working in a very industrial environment.

• No specific experience needed

Work Environment

You will work in a large open warehouse equipped with large overhead cranes. The team is small, with fewer than 20 members. We have two openings on the 1st shift and four openings on the 2nd shift.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saco, Maine

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.50
