Treasury Wine Estates Pay and Timekeeping Experience Officer in SA, Australia

About the role

An intersection between employee experience and systems knowledge, our Pay & Timekeeping Experience Officer is the first point of contact and support for our frontline People Leaders.

This support ranges from small scale day-to-day timekeeping queries to large scale changes/business processes. The role liaises with our Payroll and HR Assist Services Team along with HR Business Partners as they triage pay-related issues in our Supply Division (the division responsible for growing, making bottling our wine!).

Due to the intersection of this role, there is a dual reporting line to the Global HRIS Lead and a Supply HRBP.

  • Build relationships with our Operational Leaders through guiding, teaching and supporting them through time & attendance and payroll issues.

  • Work close with our Systems and HRIS team to embed new processes and ways of working to deliver today and build for tomorrow.

  • Manage the employee experience through liaising with HRBP’s, HR Assist and our Payroll team as you work through queries/issues.

  • Provide reporting insights on timekeeping and local pay-related processes to help build targeted action plans related to ANZ payroll effectiveness and People Leader Capability.

About you

We’d love to find someone who has excellent Time & Attendance systems knowledge with an employee experience focus. This role will be largely dependent on communication with various internal stakeholders, so we need you to love building relationships and understand how to communicate at different levels.

  • Experience with UKG Kronos Workforce Dimensions is preferred; however, any exposure to payroll and Time & Attendance Systems across ANZ is welcome.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy through case management as well as when delivering key business data and analytics.

  • Ability to juggle multiple stakeholders needs and organise workflow whilst maintaining a positive employee experience throughout.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suites Programming (Word, PowerPoint & Excel).

What’s in it for you

  • You’ll make a big impact to our frontline team members and have the opportunity to educate and uplift the skill of our people leaders

  • AFR Boss Best Places to Work Top 10 Manufacturing and Consumer 2023

  • Access to the world’s most admired wines through our employee product allowance!

  • Flexible/hybrid environment to empower you to be your best

  • Global opportunities across Australia & New Zealand, the US, Asia, UK/Europe

  • Opportunity to build a career across multiple functions (we’re really good at doing this!)

  • Structured development programs to support your health, wellbeing and career

  • “TWEforME Day” – an additional day of leave each year, for you to do you

  • Meeting-free Monday mornings (we all love this!)
