The Assistant Nurse Manager at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is responsible for assisting Nurse Manager in providing operational oversight to the Nursing Department. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, budget management, risk management & prevention, and supervision & training of nursing staff. Responsibilities also include evaluation of and development of procedures and protocols, ensuring that they are in line with regulations and best practice standards.

Qualifications

  • Must be a Registered Nurse in the State of Massachusetts.

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school preffered

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing management

  • 5 years clinical experience in a related field of nursing.

  • Previous experience with children and adolescents preferred.

  • Valid driver's license is required.
