Director of Sales and Marketing / Admissions Liaison

Key Responsibilities:
Revenue and Census Growth: Exceed revenue targets and manage the facility census by conducting physician outreach, sales calls, and networking with hospitals and community organizations to generate patient referrals and admissions.
Strategic Marketing and Outreach: Develop and execute marketing strategies to raise awareness of the company and our services, leveraging partnerships and collaborating with local healthcare providers, Managed Care organizations, and other community entities.
Admissions Coordination: Conduct screenings, evaluate care levels, and determine insurance coverage to ensure timely admissions.
Community and Industry Engagement: Participate in trade shows, business development activities, and community outreach to enhance the facility's reputation and drive referral activity.
Branding and Program Development: Assist in branding efforts, develop physician recruitment opportunities, and support program development to improve community engagement and market share.
Compliance and Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance reimbursement regulations. Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and requirements.
Leadership and Team Building: Provide backup support for liaison and sales roles, helping build a culture of innovation and responsibility. Develop and lead efforts to improve systems, processes, and overall performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Associate of Arts or relevant experience; bachelor's preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business development, healthcare sales, or healthcare marketing. Experience with managed care/insurance and public/commercial payer sources preferred.
Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Must be compassionate, qualified, and dedicated to a job well done.
