Director of Sales and Marketing / Admissions Liaison

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue and Census Growth: Exceed revenue targets and manage the facility census by conducting physician outreach, sales calls, and networking with hospitals and community organizations to generate patient referrals and admissions.

  • Strategic Marketing and Outreach: Develop and execute marketing strategies to raise awareness of the company and our services, leveraging partnerships and collaborating with local healthcare providers, Managed Care organizations, and other community entities.

  • Admissions Coordination: Conduct screenings, evaluate care levels, and determine insurance coverage to ensure timely admissions.

  • Community and Industry Engagement: Participate in trade shows, business development activities, and community outreach to enhance the facility's reputation and drive referral activity.

  • Branding and Program Development: Assist in branding efforts, develop physician recruitment opportunities, and support program development to improve community engagement and market share.

  • Compliance and Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance reimbursement regulations. Ensure compliance with all relevant standards and requirements.

  • Leadership and Team Building: Provide backup support for liaison and sales roles, helping build a culture of innovation and responsibility. Develop and lead efforts to improve systems, processes, and overall performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate of Arts or relevant experience; bachelor's preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in business development, healthcare sales, or healthcare marketing. Experience with managed care/insurance and public/commercial payer sources preferred.

  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills. Must be compassionate, qualified, and dedicated to a job well done.
