Job Purpose
This role is responsible for designing and delivering high quality training packages for use aimed at enhancing the user experience of Modular supplied products. You will train customers and employees in using Modular products by using audio/visuals, in-seat, classroom and hands-on training methods to improve system usage and improve customer value.
This permanent, full-time position has extensive travel requirements and therefore your location is negotiable.
Travel Requirements
Ability to frequently travel throughout Australasia, involving upwards of 75% of your time. Overseas travel may also be required.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Create and design training packages using documentation, audio/visuals ad other tools which focus on the requirements of the learners and the required competencies for using Modular products effectively.
Facilitate and deliver high quality training to clients and employees in classroom and/or operational environments.
Use a variety of tools including exams (written and verbal), practical demonstrations, logged sat time, KPI portfolios, observational assessments and computer-based assessing to measure the competency of learners.
Work with other business units within Modular to assist clients to improve system usage and show the value in use of the product.
Effective, efficient and accurate use of business systems including but not limited to Sharepoint, Zendesk support portal, Harvest.
Required Skills
Knowledge and understanding of the Modular Minecare system on a mine site.
Sound knowledge of mining operations.
Ability to facilitate presentations in a group and classroom environment.
Desired Skills
- Certificate 4 in Training and Assessment
