Position Overview:The Project Manager role involves working closely with various business teams to understand their needs, translating them into clear goals for the execution teams, performing business analysis tasks, and ensuring that project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks are well-defined and managed while facilitating innovation and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Conduct interviews with business users to gather detailed information about the project and its objectives.Analyze and understand the project from a business use case perspective to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business requirements, processes, and solutions.Clearly articulate the goals and objectives of the project from the business user's perspective.Ensure all stakeholders have a clear understanding of the project goals and expected outcomes.Maintain open lines of communication with the project execution team, providing regular updates and feedback to ensure the project stays on track.Document all project requirements in detail and scope out the project requirements to assemble a well-rounded team to execute the project.Implement processes and practices that enhance efficiency and productivity.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.3-5 years of experience in project management or related field.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum) and business analysis techniques (BABOK, UML, BPMN) is recommended.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.Highly adaptable, organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a positive and professional attitude.
