This is an office based role in our Runcorn depot.Job Summary:The position of the Technical Service Engineer includes the following administrative and technical tasks. The planning and execution of service processes, the development of service offers, the assumption of tasks, accounting, and logistics as well as the maintenance and repair of ZOLL Medical resuscitation products.
Essential technical Functions:
Customer Query triage, Fault finding and repairing routing
Performing regular maintenance on ZOLL devices
Executing STK / MTK's according to MPG
Performing input and output quality checks
Making sure all tasks are done well on time, minimizing overall TAT (turnaround times)
Accurate documenting of fault findings, creating of detailed service reports
Tracking of activities in the Complaint Management System database
Handling of incoming customer calls and inquiries
Building strong relationship to Sales, Customer Service and Business Partners
Managing and minimizing customer complaints and ensuring they are satisfactorily closed
Hands-on contribution to day-to-day output of department
Ensuring that all legal and regulatory requirements are met in a timely fashion
Essential administrative Functions:
Order processing and entry
Invoice creation and processing
Service entry and exit inspection
Spare Parts Administration / Purchasing / Procurement
Exceeding customer satisfaction targets
Supporting the development of processes for continuous improvement in quality, in the own area of responsibility
Skills Requirements:
Relevant degree and practical working experience
IT equipment, networking competences (e.g. MS Office)
Diagnostic and measurement equipment
General knowledge of all engineering disciplines
Strong technical knowledge of resuscitation equipment
Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations for medical products, focus on MDR, EN 60601, EN 62353 etc.
