Robert Half Front Desk Coordinator in Roxbury, Massachusetts
Description We are in search of a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in the property management industry, based in ROXBURY, Massachusetts. As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for residents, potential clients, and visitors. Your role will involve handling administrative tasks, providing customer service, and ensuring a welcoming environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service through friendly and positive interactions with visitors and potential clients
• Handle incoming calls, including screening and forwarding, and accurately taking and relaying messages
• Manage the reception area to maintain a welcoming environment
• Execute administrative tasks such as organizing files and data entry
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word to maintain accurate records
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
• Leverage your interpersonal skills to support staff and residents with day-to-day operational tasks
• Utilize your bilingual skills in English and Spanish for fluent oral and written communication
• Oversee appointment bookings
• Track office expenses and costs and maintain updated records. Requirements • Proven experience of 7 or more years working as a Front Desk Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in handling and efficiently managing a multi-line phone system.
• Ability to provide high-quality concierge services, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly.
• Must possess data entry skills, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of information entered.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word.
