A new team at Dell is being asked to help operationalize an effort to streamline and standardize all processes and applications across an enterprise. This includes all products, programs and processes used by IT, legal, marketing, sales, services, etc.

This person will be responsible for creating and implementing the standards by which teams across the enterprise will operationalize the work they're doing. This person will provide a playbook for how they will roll out these new standards. They will essentially act as the Center of Control for this new initiative. This person needs to be able to run complex programs, think through operation models. This person will maintain a consistent feedback loop from the business and they need to be able to properly document, articulate and present the progress being made.

Skills and Requirements

7+ years of experience in complex program or portfolio management

Experience working with governance policy roll-outs for an enterprise

Process-minded with a huge emphasis on impeccable documentation

Experience working with stakeholders across business functions such as IT, Marketing, Legal, Sales, etc.

Someone with strong decision-making ability null
