A Global Biotech/Pharma located in Round Lake IL is seeking a Project Coordinator with biotech/pharma experience to joint their team! Project Coordinator will provide support for the following: Project management where s/he is responsible for coordinating, tracking and implementing various key projects and initiatives, communicating cross-functionally about the projects, sharing project-related issues, identifying risks and issues, managing schedules/timelines and expectations, and ensuring projects are completed on time and on budget at an acceptable degree of quality. The Labeling Project Coordinator is accountable for supply chain project performance including implementation of artwork labeling project activities, liaising with senior management and other stakeholders. They will provide input to the program prioritization process and participate in other key strategic business portfolio processes. They will maintain all relevant labeling projects within the electronic artwork management system, ensuring tasks are setup, progressed and completed on time. They will carry out artwork approvals, proofreading and printer's proofs verification checks. They will review and coordinate artwork labeling action items in the Change Control to ensure these are properly documented and closed out in line with set timelines. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily: Must be well versed in project management tools and must possess knowledge of Change Control process Must have knowledge of such principles as GMPs, FDA guidelines and purchasing practices Must be self-motivated, have good interpersonal skills, capable of analyzing and solving complex problems through innovative thought and experience Ability to engage multiple cross-functional teams simultaneously Display ability to communicate effectively using a wide variety of skills Bachelor's degree or supply chain discipline is preferred. Minimum of 2+ years of related experience required. Experience in FDA regulated environment is highly preferred. Experience in Quality, Artwork Management, and computerized documentation control systems project management tools, MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint; organizational skill; ability to problem-solve, negotiate solutions, think strategically, and operate in a fast paced environment
