SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Full time job : 40 hours a week

Work location: Zoetermeer – NL

Job overview:

The role of a Service Technician involves delivering maintenance, repair, and training services for Surveying Instruments in compliance with our established quality standards and within specified timeframes. Additionally, the Service Technician will assist repair technicians from subsidiaries and distributors by answering inquiries related to repair procedures.

You’re tasks and responsibilities consists of:

• Service and repair of Surveying instruments, issue quotations for the repair;

• Plan and organize technical service training sessions;

• Service support for our dealer network.

About you!

We are looking for a problem solving and quality-oriented team player.

You have the following education and experience:

• MBO level Electronics or equivalent

• +/- 4 years of experience similar role

• Computer skills

• Microsoft Office 365 (excel, word, outlook) and TEAMS

• Good command of English language ( verbal & written) is mandatory

• Willingly to work as a instrument maker (Mechatronics Engineer)
