What Youll Do (Role Purpose) Kimberly-Clark is looking for an ambitious, self-driven and talented individual to lead our Digital Manufacturing Strategy, Transformation, and Technology team. In this role, you will be accountable for digital technology capabilities defined and delivered to the K-C Enterprise Supply Chain functions, partnering with the Supply Chain Executive Leadership team across the core pillars including Make, Planning, Sourcing, Moving, Delivering and Customer Service. Provide leadership, coordination, and direction for management of the open portfolio of business activities in the 2-5-year business horizon to ensure delivery of supply chain transformation agenda. This leadership role will drive and prioritize resource deployment in pursuit of exceptional service and total transformation cost savings. This role has a team of 12 direct reports. The Impact You can Make Drive digitally connected processes and workforce through advancements in digital technology solutions resulting in savings and efficiencies Business Engagement Leadership to define business needs, business case, and investment roadmaps to deliver business value Value identification using insights from loss analytics data Plan benefits realization through initiative and project development Act as a strategic visionary in the Digital Manufacturing space, both establishing potential for further improvements, opportunities for optimization of existing initiatives and ongoing accountability monitoring of results benefits versus commitment as well as understanding tactical execution Partner with the business to build and execute Enterprise manufacturing strategic roadmaps that are aligned with business strategies and highlight opportunities for transforming the business by embracing advanced technology capabilities Build a flexible digital manufacturing strategic framework that can be utilized across the enterprise to support plug and play advanced technologies for simplifying and standardizing OT/IT integration processes and strategy Build and lead digital focused cross functional teams which embrace technologies and improve processes that increase performance, quality, and safety metrics within the manufacturing facilities. Drive embedded process controls and optimization of production on assets improving OEE and delivering significant savings Determine foundational requirements and standardize global digital deployments to drive efficiency and effectiveness Work within the DM, DTS, Innovation and Operations teams to complete the Explore, Screen, Test, Learn and Scale cycles (Innovation team) or Deploy, Sustain and Retire (Operations team) Use agile methodologies to ensure Portfolio backlog is aligned, maintained and achieved throughout project cycles Execute strategic vision for the use of technology and the IIOT to advance the performance of K-C Manufacturing Collaboration with factory personnel and other internal and external business partners Must coordinate and lead across functions at all levels: through KCSC, KC IT and Finance Accountable for scouting operational technology (OT) external to K-C: Technology solutions, applications and deployment approaches and partnering with IT on scouting events for new digita capabilities for the enterprise Responsible for overall digital manufacturing program success and ensuring business case is achieved, defining and tracking the key performance indicators to measure success Partnering with GSC Communications lead on effective program communications and change management at multiple organizational levels About You: Youre driven to perform at the highest level possible, and you appreciate a performance culture fueled by authentic caring. Experiences Were Looking For Bachelors degree or greater in Computer Science, Data Sciences, Supply Chain Operations, Management of Information Systems, Engineering or Business Management or related discipline MBA / Graduate degree or progressive educational certificate preferred 15 years of functional experience in the business function 7 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain and/or facilitating the development and implementation of business initiatives and projects, based on management objectives Profound understanding of the CPG industry and how to use change management best practices, disciplines, and technology to achieve business objectives Corporate or consulting experience preferred 3-5 years of Team Leader experience Ability to provide strategic technical leadership and lead by influence the creation of long-term strategy (e.g., more than 3 years) roadmaps in a virtual environment aligning and communicating with all levels of the business (senior executives leadership through end users) Ability to communicate...
