Work you'll do
Develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy tailored to the technical implementation project, ensuring all stakeholders are adequately prepared.
Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements for different user groups.
Design and develop training curricula, materials, and resources, including user manuals, e-learning modules, and hands-on training sessions.
Oversee and deliver training sessions, workshops, and webinars, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and resources, ensuring smooth execution of training programs.
Support change management initiatives by communicating the benefits of the new system and addressing user concerns.
Develop and implement evaluation methods to assess training effectiveness, gather feedback, and make improvements.

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
8 years of professional work experience developing Salesforce curriculum and leading trainings for relevant private and public programs
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role
Travel up to 25%
Preferred:
3+ years of experience leading technology trainings for federal government clients
3+ years of experience handling change management communications for training rollout
3+ years of experience processing training feedback and adapting curriculum appropriately
Salesforce certifications
