Work you'll do

Support Duty Status Reform (DSR) project management tasks and drive the day-to-day responsibilities of the project. Individual must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain project momentum, anticipate future project needs, and minimize risks to the client/project. They will serve as the first line of defense for any client needs and must be comfortable working with Senior Executive Personnel at the DoD, owning client relationships, and leading both internal and client calls. They will often conduct policy research to continuously track potential ongoing impacts to the DSR legislative proposal. DoD/Prior Military Service background is preferred, especially Reserve experience.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree required

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

• Active Secret security clearance required

• Must be able to be on site in Arlington, VA

  Preferred:

• DoD/Prior Military Service background is preferred
