Our client, a medical device manufacturer of quick disconnect couplings, fittings, and connectors, is looking for a Senior level Custom Design Engineer to join their team in the Twin Cities area at their newest site! This position will collaborate with and support staff/leaders and help provide creative solutions to the client s short-term and long-term goals, while offering plenty of opportunity for growth and knowledge sharing. The ideal candidate will exhibit drive, resilience, curiosity, and will act as a true team player. This role is a direct hire opportunity. Since the position will be fully on-site, we will only be considering candidates local to the Twin Cities area. Duties: -Develop products from conceptualization to launch -Collaborates and consults with Test, Manufacturing and Quality Engineers in support of new product development -Partner with Sales, Applications, and Marketing to create solutions for diverse OEM markets -Maintain a high level of interaction with customers, sales managers, and application engineers -Leads or assists in efforts to resolve product performance issues -Adheres to all safety regulations -Demonstrates support of company s core values -Performs other job duties as required to meet business needs
