Learn more about us at https://www.hawkinsinc.com/careers/ ABOUT THE JOB Administer and maintain product data within JDE to ensure consistency and uphold data integrity. Lead acquisition item setup activities. Serve as part of the Product Data Management group and provide backup support to other members of that group as needed. Responsibilities Work closely with IT to lead item set-ups in JDE as part of acquisition integration projects. Lead and project manage cross-functional team supporting the item set-ups. Provide regular updates and metrics that align with overall project timelines. Ensure consistency and uphold data integrity from data request submission to JDE. Monitor Engineering Change Request (ECR) process to ensure requested changes are reviewed in a timely manner. Partner with IT to ensure data integrity in JDE and other quality systems. Provide back-up for several members of the team with ERP maintenance tasks. Assist with ECR, BP Add, Deactivations, New product introduction process and identify lead continuous improvement efforts on these systems. Lead projects for Quality & PDM with IT. ABOUT YOU Education: Bachelor of Science or equivalent required. Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Chemical Engineering preferred. Experience: 3+ years of experience with ERP required, JD Edwards preferred. Experience as Business Analyst preferred. Experience: 3+ years of project management experience. Personal computer experience: good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Access Database and Document Control Systems. Ability to complete basic math. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to prioritize in the midst of multiple deadlines and maintain composure. Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and management. Ability to accurately relay information to others within the databases used. Attention to detail and follow through in a consistent manner. Physical Requirements: Ability to work in an office setting. TRAVEL Up to 25% travel required.
