Job Title: Marketing Associate Position Summary: The Marketing Associate is responsible for developing and implementing messaging strategies to support external stakeholders. This role focuses on ensuring both automated and direct-template communications are clear, consistent, and aligned with the company's objectives. The Marketing Associate will review various communication formats, analyze data to assess effectiveness, and support customer outcomes. As part of the customer experience team, this role will collaborate with internal teams to enhance communication processes, contributing to improved customer experiences across multiple channels. Position Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage communication content and strategies using Salesforce to achieve desired communication outcomes.
2. Oversee automated and templated communications across departments to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
3. Design frameworks to evaluate communication effectiveness and ensure the appropriate channels are selected.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure communication planning covers all aspects, from creation to delivery.
5. Work with business systems to implement communication changes quickly and effectively, ensuring quality and outcome measurement.
6. Evaluate communication channels to set both short-term and long-term goals for improvement.
7. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations such as HIPAA and FERPA in all communications.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Position Requirements: Education & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, or a related field. - 4 years of experience in customer service or customer experience roles. - 2 years of experience using Salesforce.
