We are inviting applications for the role of a Corporate FP& A Analyst for a growing private equity owned company in the chemicals manufacturing industry. The role involves providing analytical support to various departments and executive leadership within the company. The location of the role is in Rosenberg, Texas, United States. The employment opportunity is permanent.

Responsibilities:

• Develop financial and operational reports for the executive team, using financial and operating analytics

• Compile and analyze financial information on a daily basis

• Work on special projects that utilize financial and operating analytics to improve business operations

• Support executive leadership in developing presentations to communicate financial and operational performance trends

• Handle financial reporting and internal reporting tasks

• Manage budgeting and forecasting, including variance analysis and explanations

• Oversee cash flow forecasts and cash flow modeling

• Collaborate with the private equity ownership group on financial matters.

Requirements

• Job Title: Corporate FP& A Analyst

Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis

Skills:

□ Excellent Microsoft Excel capabilities (e.g., organizing and managing large data sets, pivot functionalities, in-depth formula knowledge, etc.)

□ 3-5 years’ experience in relevant manufacturing company or private equity company

□ Highly skilled in multi-tasking and keeping organized

□ Capacity to meet different deadlines and manage various tasks

□ Outstanding analytical and communication skills

□ High degree of attention to detail

□ Knowledge of accounting ERP software and tools preferred

□ Experience in business analytical software a plus

□ Degree in Accounting or Finance required

□ Master’s degree or CPA preferred
