Seeking a Fleet Operations Support Supervisor located in Rosemont, IL:
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:00PM
Pay: $65,000-$80,000 + 10% annual bonus potential

Position Responsibilities:
Process invoices, track inventory levels, order parts, and assist with day-to-day operations in the Reyes Fleet Management shops as the Fleet Operations Support Supervisor – Material Handling Equipment
Collect, organize, and maintain comprehensive data related to the maintenance of material handling equipment utilizing AssetWorks
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through systematic audits and validation processes
Track and communicate preventative maintenance schedules for material handling equipment to the appropriate personnel
Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and develop dashboards to effectively monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to recommend and implement process improvements for enhanced data management and reporting
Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree with 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED)/Technical School Certification with 7 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience
Must have a valid driver’s license
