Position summary

The Senior Manager will be responsible to assess and manage the security risk introduced by supplier products into the ADP environment. This includes developing the program, performing the technical and administrative application security assessments and coordinating reviews of experts from different teams withing the Global Security Organization (GSO). The role requires close collaboration with different internal clients and stakeholders (e.g., Technology, Legal, Privacy).

Responsibilities

  • Develop the existing program to thoroughly assess and manage the security risk that supplier products bring into the ADP environment.

  • Perform application security assessments to supplier products within the ADP environment.

  • Work with additional GSO teams to collaborate on the application security assessments.

  • Identify potential gaps and define action plans to mitigate these.

  • Report results of evaluations to responsible leaders.

  • Communicate effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, including technical experts but also executive leaders.

  • Maintain a broad knowledge of current and new technology as well as the risk resulting from these.

  • Contribute to the development of the Supply Chain Risk Management program with ideas to effectively mitigate risk.

Qualifications required

  • Senior professional with at least 6-8 years working experience, minimum 3 as security assessor / auditor in the application security space.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in experience or education.

  • Experience in reviewing and evaluating security controls, especially application security controls.

  • Proven ability to work independently and own a topic.

  • Experience in achieving goals in a matrix organization.

  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Very good command of English language. Additional languages are pluses.

  • Open minded and ability to work in a multinational environment.

Qualifications preferred

  • Experience with cloud services, especially security aspects.

  • Curiosity and ambition to understand new scenarios and technology.

  • Knowledge of different standards or frameworks like ISO 27001/2, SOC 2, relevant NIST SP, etc.

  • Certifications like CISSP or CISA are a plus.
