Aerotek is seeking a skilled Lathe Machinist capable of setting up and running production for all machines and related tools in the lathe department. The candidate will support the development, implementation, and enhancement of manufacturing concepts aiming to continuously improve productivity, quality, reduce costs, and ensure on-time deliveries.

• Setup experience with lathe machines

• Ability to perform troubleshooting independently

• Comprehensive knowledge of all departmental machine capabilities

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Basic math and geometry skills
